Or for me to act as agent and review several RV's condition before you roam the desert for 40 years looking at scrap.

Essential .....is primarily for Travel Trailers.

I recommend following the steps below.
STEP 1... Chose an inspection
STEP 2 ...Review and fill out contract and sign
STEP 3....Type and email any questions...before sending signed contract
STEP 4....Send Contract
STEP 5....Pay through your online bank account using ZELLE or PayPal. My ID for both is parkeroceanic@yahoo.com and 615-439-8820 Dolan David Parker.

It is best if neither owner nor buyer is following me around during inspection. I am not responsible for any item not inspected if you distract me.

We at ParkerOceanic LLC appreciate your business and look forward to providing you with the most advanced RV inspection available in today’s RV market. So that we may provide you with a thorough inspection, your RV will need to be hooked up to all the utilities…fresh water, electricity and sewer PRIOR TO AND DURING the inspection.

Due to the nature of RV absorption refrigerators and the time it takes for these refrigerators to cool the refrigerator must have been in operation for at least 12 hours before an accurate temperature reading can be taken in the freezer and the refrigerator compartments.

This report will consist of 5 to 10 photos describing the items that have been identified during walk through.

The  WALK THROUGH does NOT provide fluid analysis. However, analysis on any or all your components can be pre-purchased and will be performed at the time of the inspection.
