Section II: General For Sale By Owner Terms
I _______________________, legal owner(s) of this vehicle do hereby agree to the following terms for SALE.
Non-exclusive for a 90-day period. Storage rates are from $100 to $1000 depending on the value of your RV. Maintenance and repair rates are $199 per hour.
If the vehicle is removed from Parker Oceanic prior to the 90-day contract period, a fee of 2% of the current listed sale price with a minimum fee of $1,000.00 will be charged for costs for advertising and listing costs.
PARKEROCEANIC will be permitted to do advertising of the unit. Owner will not be restricted from advertising the unit, by any means, for the duration of this exclusive contract.
Exterior and/or interior detail and repairs are available for additional fees as selected and are payable in advance. By written quote and agreement only.
PARKEROCEANIC is not responsible for any personal items that may have been left in the vehicle, is not responsible and will be held harmless for any theft or damage that may occur to said vehicle. Please do not leave valuable personal property in the vehicle.
I further certify that the above-described RV has been delivered to PARKEROCEANIC, and is acting on my authority, solely as a For Sale By Owner assistant, when offering such vehicle for sale at their location.
Vehicle owners agree to keep full coverage insurance in effect while vehicles are in the care of PARKEROCEANIC. OWNER MUST IMMEDIATELY FORWARD REGISTRATION STICKERS AND UPDATE REGISTRATION AND INSURANCE IMMEDIATELY.
OWNER is solely responsible for this FOR SALE BY OWNER CONTRACT AND agrees to aid in any manner required to obtain a clear title to the vehicle, up to and including providing sufficient funds, above the proceeds amount, required to pay off any lien against the vehicle. Upon acceptance of an offer, any negative equity due MUST be received prior to delivery of the unit to new owner. If there is a lien, OWNER agrees to maintain monthly payments until YACHT OR RV, motor home is paid off in full to lender.
OWNER will furnish the following documentation at the time of contract:
o Copy of current registration or title as proof of ownership of any vehicle for sale under this contract
o Proof of Insurance for any vehicle for sale under this contract.
