Section II: General FOR SALE BY OWNER Terms

vehicle do hereby agree to the following terms for STORAGE AND SALE.

NON-exclusive for a 90-day period at a rate of $1000 OR 10%.
If the vehicle is removed from Parker Oceanic prior to the 90-day contract period, a fee of 4% of the current listed sale price with a minimum fee of $1,000.00 will be charged.
After 90-day period, $100.00 per month continuation fee will apply and is billed in arrears. Failure to pay the continuation fee will result in deactivation of the unit until all fees are paid.
During this “storage” term, the unit will be removed from all advertising venues and will not be considered for sale. A $250.00 per month storage fee will be charged until the unit is reactivated.
PARKEROCEANIC will receive a flat fee of $1000 or 10% of the selling price.
PARKEROCEANIC will be responsible for all advertising expenses. will be restricted from advertising the unit, by any means, for the duration of this exclusive contract.
Exterior and/or interior detail are available for additional fees as selected and are payable in advance.
PARKEROCEANIC is not responsible for any personal items that may have been left in the vehicle, is not responsible and will be held harmless for any theft or damage that may occur to said vehicle while on consignment. Please do not leave personal property in the vehicle while on consignment.
I further certify that the above-described RV has been delivered to PARKEROCEANIC, and is acting on my authority, solely as a For Sale By Owner assistant, when offering such vehicle for sale at their location.
Vehicle owners agree to keep full coverage insurance in effect while vehicles are in the care of PARKEROCEANIC.
Customer agrees to have a full tank of fuel, one-half tank of propane and have all holding tanks dumped before leaving RV with PARKEROCEANIC $6.00 per gallon fuel, gas & LP charge and/or a $75.00 tank dump fee will apply and will be payable at time of consignment.
FOR SALE BY OWNER agrees to aid in any manner required to obtain a clear title to the consigned vehicle, up to and including providing sufficient funds, above the proceeds amount, required to pay off any lien against the vehicle. Upon acceptance of an offer, any negative equity due MUST be received prior to delivery of the unit to new owner. If there is a lien, FOR SALE BY OWNER agrees to maintain monthly payments until YACHT OR RV, motor home is paid off in full to lender.
FOR SALE BY OWNER will furnish the following documentation at the time of contract:
o Copy of current registration or title as proof of ownership of any vehicle for sale under this contract
o Proof of Insurance for any vehicle for sale under this contract.
o Copy of current driver’s license
